ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0 retires and removes many features that were deprecated in previous releases, including those last available in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5.
This article provides a comprehensive list of all the deprecated features, with links to their respective deprecation notices for additional information.
Recommendation
With the release of ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0, the following features deprecated in 11.5 or earlier are officially retired and removed, streamlining the platform and guiding users toward modern, supported functionality:
- ArcGIS Web AppBuilder
- ArcGIS Configurable Apps
- ArcGIS Map Viewer Classic
- ArcGIS Data Store tile cache data store
- ArcGIS Enterprise ArcGIS Web Adaptor (Java Platform) Tomcat 9.x, GlassFish, IBM WebSphere and Liberty, JBoss, and Oracle WebLogic deprecation
- ArcGIS Enterprise SDK custom data feeds ‘config’ npm module and path parameters ‘host’ and ‘id’
- ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Web Adaptor, and ArcGIS GeoEvent Server localized installation experience
- ArcGIS Insights
- Metadata Editor Classic
- SQL Server 2017
