- What is the Esri Australia Learning Centre?
The Esri Australia Learning Centre is our new Learning Management System. It's a platform used to house training and educational materials.
In the Esri Australia Learning Centre, we will be processing, enrolling, and issuing certificates to help us automate the manual processes we are currently handling.
You will be able to access and view course details, self-register for courses (if paying by credit card), be automatically sent a Teams link to join upcoming sessions, and access your certificates and learning history.
If you do have a learning history it will be imported from our current system, going back seven years.
- How can I get access to the Esri Australia Learning Centre?
You will not be provided automatic access if you have completed training with us before. You will only be granted access to an account if you have future training scheduled with us.
If you have future training scheduled, you will receive an email confirming your account has been created. After following the prompts to login and change your password, you will have access. Once you have an account, any future training you enrol into can be viewed here. Please note that once an enrolment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of enrolment email with the training details and a Teams invite link.
- Will my past courses be made available in my learning history?
Yes, if you have completed training with us in the last seven years, your history will be uploaded after you have registered for a future course.
- How long is my account active for?
You will have 12 months access from your last completed training session.
- What happens if I’m made inactive?
If you are attending another course, your enrolment will trigger your account to be re-activated. If you are simply looking for your learning history or a copy of your certificate, please reach out to us at training@esriaustralia.com.au for assistance.
- I need help accessing my account and/or navigating, who can I reach out to?
We have created guides, located here, to assist with navigation, enrolment and how to join a session on the day. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to training@esriaustralia.com.au.
- What is my username?
Your username within the Esri Australia Learning Centre will be your work email address.
If at any point this changes, please reach out to training@esriaustralia.com.au for assistance.
- When do I receive course details?
After you register, you will receive an email with booking details and a calendar invite for all instructor-led training.
- I need to change the session I am enrolled in. Can I do that and how?
Yes, enrolment changes can be made, with a caveat; cancellations and changes cannot be made to enrolments within ten days of a course commencing. Upon learning that you need to change your enrolment details, please contact us as soon as possible.
