- Can I upgrade my current plan?
If you’re interested in accessing any additional support offerings, please contact your account manager to discuss your requirements and the options available to you.
- When does my Customer Care Plan expire and when it will be renewed?
The Customer Care Plan is valid for the duration of your licence. As you renew your licence, the Customer Care Plan will be renewed as well.
- We don’t have a dedicated GIS team in-house – will this be an issue?
No, you can outsource nearly every element of your GIS to Esri Australia — from design, development, deployment and ongoing applications management.
- Can an ArcGIS specialist be hired on a contract or short-term basis?
Yes, our Professional Services team is available for short-term or long-term projects, on a one-off or ongoing basis. Our consultants can work on-site in your offices, or remotely from our offices.
