ArcGIS Velocity includes:

• The ArcGIS Velocity app - a web application that lets you configure capabilities
• Geoprocessing tools that you can use as part of your real-time analytics and big data analytics.

ArcGIS GeoEvent Server provides:

• Configurable connectors, filters, and processors for consuming, analysing, and disseminating real-time streaming data
• ArcGIS GeoEvent Manager, the web application used to administer and configure GeoEvent Server
• APIs and SDKs for interacting with, administering, and extending GeoEvent Server

ArcGIS GeoEvent Server is licensed as a server role for ArcGIS Server, a component of ArcGIS Enterprise. Licensing is based on the number of cores used to run GeoEvent Server capabilities - it is recommended to start with at least 8 cores initially, then purchase additional cores as needed.

Urban is a web-based system that consists of the following components:

• Overview - default view that internal and external users see when they open the app.
• Plan editor - allows users to create and edit land use plans and zoning plans—as well as multiple alternative scenarios for those plans.
• Project editor - allows users to sketch different design scenarios and add 3D buildings designed outside of Urban to their projects.
• Data manager - allows users to import data into Urban.

• ArcGIS Urban is available as an optional add-on to the Creator and GIS Professional user types.
