With over three decades of IT expertise in data storage, data protection and disaster recovery, cloud solutions - and more recently GIS and geodatabases - Simon's career has spanned multiple locations across the Asia Pacific region.
At Esri Australia, Simon has deepened his understanding of the role of spatial data in the built and natural environments and is continually inspired by the intricate GIS solutions he contributes to across a range of sectors.
He is also the lead instructor in Australia for Esri’s ‘Deploying and Maintaining a Multiuser Geodatabase’ and ‘Managing Geospatial Data in ArcGIS’ and co-teaches two courses on versioned data workflows.
