Mike Riggall

Mike Riggall has over 30 years’ experience in building and maintaining infrastructure in Local Government. He joined Brisbane City Council’s ERP replacement project as a business representative and was design lead for the Asset and Work Management processes. Post go-live he has continued to work within Brisbane City Council to guide users and seek further process and system improvements to realise business benefits. As the business settles into using its SAP solution, a common them comes up from both users and management – “How can we use spatial information to improve operational and strategic decision making?”
