As Senior Intelligence Analyst assigned to the New York State Intelligence Center, Kellen provides tactical and strategic intelligence products to support major case investigations — he specialises in gang investigations, cell phone record analysis, and law enforcement GIS.
Kellen has previously been a crime analyst for the Albany Police Department (NY), Baltimore City Police Department (MD), and Camden County Police Department (NJ).
He earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Radford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Mars Hill University.
