Justin Madex the Spatial Services Manager within the Victorian Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning. Working in the spatial field since 2007, Justin’s had the opportunity to work with groups across Australia and New Zealand developing web mapping solutions and helping them get the most out of the ArcGIS technology stack.
After more than 10 years working as consultant on spatial solutions, he moved into State Government, helping facilitate the full ArcGIS implementation within the Victorian Planning department and developing a 3D spatial roadmap which fully embraces all that ArcGIS has to offer in this space.
