Patricia Cummens provides senior-level management and guidance on state and national government initiatives and emerging policy issues.
Ms Cummens works with executives including Governor's offices, the White House, and US congress, and has experience as GIS Director for the New Jersey Dept. of Environmental Protection and the State of Minnesota.
Ms Cummens’ skills bridge the gap between policy and technology, helping governments globally to understand the value of geospatial data and GIS technology for efficient, smart government.
In 2018, she was named a Top Woman in Tech, by StateScoop, she serves on the National Geospatial Advisory Committee, the National Governors' Association Smart States Advisory Board and has served as chair of both the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) and the National States Geographic Information Council (NSGIC) corporate advisory councils.
