Gathering first-hand information on user feedback, he began advocating for customer requirements and influencing product capabilities.
Today, as ArcGIS Pro Product Manager, Kory collaborates across multiple teams and continues to contribute to the direction of product development.
He is dedicated to listening to users and finding ways to convert their feedback into a product that continues to add customer value.
