Eldar Rubinov is a self-proclaimed GPS geek who prefers being outside with a GPS receiver than sitting behind a desk in the office. As SBAS technical manager at FrontierSI, he has a keen interest in all things positioning and geodesy.
He received PhD in high precision GNSS from the University of Melbourne and is involved in a number of projects at FrontierSI including managing the technical side of SBAS.
