Starting his career at the ADF — where he provided strategic decision-makers with critical geospatial intelligence to enhance strategic planning, real-time operational support and post-event analysis — Brandon developed a passion for leveraging GIS to address emergency services needs and national interests.
His experience in enhancing public safety, national security and emergency management has seen Brandon work closely with the Department of Home Affairs where he has played a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining the National Joint Common Operating Picture (NJCOP), a vital tool for coordinating emergency responses and ensuring public safety.
