Esri's 2020 User Conference
Free for educational institutions and university students
Esri’s 2020 User Conference – to be held July 13 to 15 – is moving to a virtual format. The event will include Plenary sessions, technical workshops, user sessions, an Expo, and unique networking events.
This year, registration is complimentary for educational institutions with current licences or maintenance. In addition to this, the conference is free for all currently enrolled university students and 2020 graduates, regardless of whether your university institution has a current Education Program licence.
Institutions can register an unlimited number of participants, meaning anyone in your institution can attend. In order to register your faculty and staff for full-conference access, an institution will need to provide your institution’s Customer Number. This can also be distributed and shared among any users, including students.
Students can also register for full-conference access without a customer number by following the process outlined in this video. Upon being prompted to log in with an Esri Account, you can create a Public Esri Account if you do not have an existing one.
