Our maintenance program is designed to ensure you drive maximum value from your software investment.
By subscribing to the Esri Australia maintenance program, you are guaranteed access to the most current version of all software, and unlimited GIS technical support.
Esri Australia's maintenance program includes:
- Software updates
- Unlimited technical support
- Discounted GIS training
- Subscriptions to GIS publications and newsletters
- Invitations to Esri Australia events
- Free registrations to Esri’s International User Conference (dependent on the number and type of licences held).
Maintenance Process
Esri Australia provides free maintenance for the first twelve months after software purchase, as part of the initial software purchase on all software (excluding EDN subscriptions). Prior to the maintenance period expiring, we will issue a yearly quotation for continuation of your GIS software maintenance.
Software maintenance dates on newly purchased software will be synchronised so that all licences reflect a common maintenance anniversary date.
The quotation will be valid to the expiry of maintenance, and will list all software licences, including:
- Type of licence
- Quantity of each licence
- Maintenance period dates
- Type of maintenance (i.e. primary or secondary)
- Pricing for each licence
Our goal is to provide your organisation with time to plan and respond to the renewal of your GIS software maintenance, avoiding any interruption to your maintenance term which could impact access to technical support and other benefits of the program.
